We would like to draw the attention of all Hungarian companies that exported to the United States during the past year that, on April 20, 2026, the U.S. portal for Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) was launched. Importers may submit their declarations through this system regarding duties paid under the emergency tariff measures introduced by President Trump, which have since been invalidated. According to information provided by CBP (Customs and Border Protection), affected companies can expect to receive a single consolidated refund amount.
